In the design of wireless charging modules, the magnetic suction component not only performs the function of adsorption and positioning, but also directly affects the charging efficiency and thermal management. The traditional single magnet solution is prone to problems such as eddy current heating and interference with the resonant frequency of the coil, which can lead to a decrease in charging speed or even overheating of the device.


Tongli Magnetics, leveraging 13 years of strong magnet research and development experience, has pioneered an integrated wireless magnetizing and suction module solution. By optimizing the magnetic circuit design and adopting multi-pole magnetizing and Melamine insulation wrapping techniques, it effectively reduces eddy current losses and lowers heat generation. Additionally, a high magnetic conductivity shielding layer is embedded within the module, precisely confining the magnetic field within the charging area, thus avoiding interference with surrounding electronic components.
